I can't be happier with them. Since the beginning they have been acting professionally, with pragmatism, transparency and the most important thing: without any sort of noise for us!

The results are clear: on time, what we were looking for, they helped us until the last day even after it, providing instructions, clear info and managing the entire operation autonomously and with an incredible level of efficiency.

Where others said... "you should reduce the price" (in order to accelerate everything for their benefit), Lusine was clear and fair: "this is the price, we analysed it (district, status, building, market...) and we will not accept less than this and give us 3 months".

They worked on additional potential projects on the apartment to increase the offering, rejected offers below the price on our behalf, and when it was time to close the operation with the buyers, everything was perfect, on time, and they solved all our doubts.
